No, we provide standard FBI- approved FD-258 Cards. However, if your agency or employer has given you a card, you’re welcome to bring it, and we will complete it for you.

2. Are my fingerprints accepted by the FBI and agencies?

Yes, we use FBI- approved FD-258 fingerprint cards, which meet federal and most state agency requirements.

3. Do you offer mobile appointments?

Yes, we can come to your office, home, or another safe, agreed- upon location for fingerprinting. Travel fees may apply if milage exceeds our complimentary 15-mile radius.

4. What if my fingerprints get rejected?

We offer a complimentary reprint and correction service if your FD-258 cards that are rejected due to image quality. We strive to capture clear and accurate prints the first time.

5. Can you provide the ORI number or agency information for me?

No. Clients are responsible for providing the correct ORI number and agency details required for their fingerprint cards. Please communicate with your agency.

6. How long does the fingerprinting appointment take?

Most appointments take about 15–30 minutes.
